Question 2

Why is my game buffering?

Accepted Answer

All streams and past broadcasts are available in a range of different video qualities, which will adjust based on your internet speed and the device in-use, to provide you with the best stream possible.

For a consistent, quality viewing experience, we recommend that your internet connection is capable of achieving at least the following sustained download speeds:*
4.0 Mbps for Past Broadcasts
10.0 Mbps for all Live Broadcasts
If you're concerned about your internet speeds you may check it before purchasing here: https://www.speedtest.net/

*Viewers may be able to stream at a reduced video quality with 1.5 Mbps.
Please keep in mind that watching multiple videos or using the internet for other activities may require additional bandwidth.
